We're busy, but not getting results

Tell me what's stuck, and I'll tell you where I'd start

Most owners I talk to aren't short on ideas. The vision is there. It's stuck in their head, because there's no one to fix the processes and put them in place. So everyone stays busy, the good systems slip, and the results don't match the effort.

Busy season makes whatever already waits on you wait longer. Tell me what breaks first when you get busy. I read every one myself and reply by email.

Free. I'll reply by email. If it's a fit, we'll set up a Visit.

"Invoicing. It all comes through me, and I do it when I have to, not when I should."

Where I'd start: receipts and job numbers get entered the day they come in, by someone at $20 an hour, not by you at the end of the month. You approve on Fridays.

First move this week: one inbox for every receipt, and a ten-minute daily habit for whoever enters them.

For that owner: month-end with no invoicing pile, and Friday approval takes ten minutes. That's the kind of reply you get: where the work is stuck, and the first move to unstick it.

How I work

People and process first. Tools second.

See what's stuck

Where the work waits, and why: people, process or tools.

Build the fix with you

Sometimes a simple process. Sometimes the right software, or an AI assistant that does the busywork.

Stay until it runs

Your team owns it, and you keep oversight. Nobody gets fired; everybody gets upgraded.
