This site belongs to Tim Heeter, a consultant in Spokane, Washington ("I", "me"). Here is plainly what I collect and what I do with it.

What I collect

• When you ask for an AI Shortlist Report: your business name, your website and your email.
• When you request a Visit: your name, your email, your business name if you give it, and the times that suit you.
• Where you came from: the page you landed on, the site that sent you and any campaign tags in the link, so I know which introductions work.

How I use it

• To run your check. I ask ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity about your business using its public name, website and area, the way a customer would. I don't give those tools your email or your name.
• To send your results and reply to you, and to arrange a Visit if you ask for one.
• To follow up a few times by email about your results. Every email has a way to stop them, and you can just reply "stop".

Who else handles it

The forms on this site are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form service. My email provider stores the messages. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

As long as we're in touch, and as long as I need it for my business records. Ask me to delete it and I will, unless the law requires me to keep something.

Your choices

You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, or stop my emails at any time. Write to tim@visitwithtim.com.
